Skye Stuart, Associate

Skye joined David J. Cole & Associates over four years ago, bringing her expertise in local government across a broad range of metro community to the company. Ms. Stuart is the lead associate working for both the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, as well as the Apartment Association of Metro Denver. In this role she provides strategic government relations planning and community outreach for both clients. Skye has worked on and successfully lobbied against visitability ordinances and rental licensing ordinances which would have negatively impacted those clients. Additionally, Ms. Stuart assists with the consulting for the Colorado Gaming Association, Comcast Cable Corporation, High Point at DIA development, and AMPCO System Parking. MORE

Scott A Jackson, Associate

Scott A. Jackson has worked with David J. Cole and Associates, Inc. for over 9 years. Scott obtained a B.S. in Urban Studies, with a minor in Political Science, and graduated magna cum laude from Metropolitan State College of Denver. While attending school, he interned in the Mayor’s Office of Special Projects and focused on expansion of the Colorado Convention Center. Scott is also a dedicated historic preservationist. MORE

Chrissy Estes Faraci, Associate

Christena Estes Faraci has over ten years of political consulting experience. Her primary focus and expertise is in local governments. Over the years, Ms. Estes Faraci secured Denver City Council votes for a host of issues. Some examples of this include the new Broncos Stadium, the change in franchise control from TCI to AT&T Broadband, and the rezoning of the Stapleton redevelopment site. In addition to Denver, she has successfully lobbied local governments and built strong relationships throughout the Denver-metropolitan area. Ms. Estes Faraci secured the first amendment to the Denver Regional Council of Government’s Urban Growth Boundary, as well as, represented Comcast before Denver and other Front Range communities on name changes and rate increases.
